Generated high-precision, Street-level Air Quality data heatmap based on congestion data without configuring more monitors by correlating factors together and building and selecting the fittest model among PLS, SARIMAS, LSTM.
Coursework Project (Spatial Data Science)
London Airbnb Listings' Spatial Distribution of Homogeneity and Heterogeneity Based on NLP and UMAP
Using LDA to generalize wordclouds for Airbnb Listing's features across London. Word2Vec model is used to embed listings features into multi-dimensional vectors and visualize them by UMAP. Comparing embedding vectors to London House Price Index and build prediction model by SVM, which helps to manage and promote listings better.

Urban Shrinkage about Spatial Autocorrelation Analysis and GWR model——Case Study on Northeast China
This study try to redefined urban shrinkage and highlighted the vitality of urban agglomeration's planning. By analyzing population's spatio-temporal flow based on transportation network system, this study is expected to be referential for the integration of the structure of urban agglomeration and the development of urban function in the future.
